Adjunct Social Work

The School of Education & Social Sciences at Barton College is accepting applications for Adjunct Instructors in Social Work. This position will report directly to the Director of Social Work. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching traditional and non-traditional undergraduate students.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Two (2) years post-masters experience in a full-time social work practice
  • Collaborative disposition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to working with students and colleagues of diverse backgrounds

 

Application Guidance: 

Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until positions are filled. Responsibilities would begin on 8/12/2024. Applications must include a letter of interest, current vitae, statement on teaching philosophy, unofficial transcripts, and contact information for references with at least one of the referees able to address teaching ability and potential.
