WILSON, N.C. — September 18, 2019 — The much anticipated 365-Day Countdown: Bulldog Football Kick-Off Event, beginning a yearlong celebration of Barton College Athletics and the arrival of football, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 3 p.m., in the area adjacent to Electric Supply Company Field on campus, complete with music, food trucks, give-aways, and games. The rescheduled event will include all of the opportunities originally advertised as the campus celebrates the Countdown on the heels of the Barton College Day of Service earlier in the day. WILSON, N.C. — September 18, 2019 — Barton College celebrates new Artist-in-Residence Jeremy Dean with a series of public events featuring the artist. His new exhibition, “Neither I, nor time, nor history,” will open in the Barton Art Galleries on Thursday, Oct. 10, with a wine and cheese reception at 5 p.m., followed by a gallery talk with the artist at 6 p.m. The reception and lecture are open to the public at no charge.
