Advance registration deadline is February 28th! WILSON, N.C. — The eleventh annual Caregiver Education Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, in Hardy Alumni Hall on the Barton College campus. The Gerontology Program of Barton College, Alzheimers North Carolina Inc., the Upper Coastal Plain Area Agency on Aging Family Caregiver Support Program, and Joseph D. Russell, M.D., have teamed up to sponsor this annual conference, which will offer two education sessions. WILSON, N.C. — Barton College is pleased to welcome Dr. Victor Marshall, a senior scientist at the UNC Institute on Aging, as the featured speaker for the opening session of the “Thursday Gerontology Seminar Series” scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 19. Dr. Marshall’s presentation, “Opportunities and Challenges of Increased Longevity: An Agenda for Aging, Issues, Insights, Implications, Opportunities,” will begin at 11 a.m. in the Hamlin Student Center Theater, located on the lower level of the facility. WILSON, N.C. — The tenth annual Caregiver Education Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, on the Barton College campus. The Gerontology Program of Barton College, Alzheimers North Carolina Inc., the Upper Coastal Plain Area Agency on Aging Family Caregiver Support Program, and Joseph D. Russell, M.D., have teamed up to sponsor this significant series of workshops and keynote addresses.
