Exercises Scheduled for Sunday, May 11, at 1:30 p.m. WILSON, N.C. — Anita Brown-Graham, Director of the Institute for Emerging Issues, will be the featured speaker at the 112th annual commencement exercises of Barton College scheduled for Sunday, May 11, on center campus at 1:30 p.m. Wilson Gymnasium is the rain site. Dr. Norval C. Kneten will preside over his eleventh commencement program as president of Barton College. Dr. Gary Daynes, provost and vice president for academic affairs, will present the graduating class of 258 seniors. Terrence L. Grimes to Speak at Barton’s Master of Education Commencement Exercises

WILSON, N.C. —Dr. Terrence L. Grimes will be the featured speaker at the inaugural Master of Education commencement exercises of Barton College scheduled for Friday evening, Aug. 12, at 7 p.m. in Hardy Alumni Hall. Dr. Norval C. Kneten will preside over the commencement program as president of Barton College. Dr. Jackie Ennis, dean of the School of Education, will present the first graduating cohort of 22 teacher-scholars who will be awarded the Master of Education degree with a specialization in Elementary Education.
