Barton College authors and playwrights have submitted original works—for students, by students. These creative, 10-minute plays, stories, and poems are fully produced on stage in the Kennedy Family Theatre, showcasing work from student authors: Sarah Maragh, Hunter Bozelle, Caroline Leegins, Luke Eason, Suman Kirti and Morgan Tripp. Spoken-word participants (Jordan Peartree ) and other actors will also have the opportunity to share their voice in the spotlight, while other students take on backstage roles in running crew, management, design, and other essential technical elements. Barton College faculty members Sherry Lee Allen, Dorothy Austin-Harrell, and Michael Dornemann will supervise presentations. Come celebrate this performance series. The play’s the thing!
