Barton Named Among 2022 Best Value Schools by U.S. News & World Report

WILSON, N.C. — September 29, 2021 — Barton College has been recognized as the highest ranked North Carolina school in the 2022 U.S. News & World Report’s listing of “Best Value” Schools Among Regional Colleges in the South, with its #8 ranking in this category.

Among U.S. News & World Report’s  2022 “Best Undergraduate Teaching” Among Regional Colleges in the South, Barton climbed to #6 this year, and the College also jumped to #6 this year as a top performer on “Social Mobility” among Regional Colleges in the South.

Barton also continues to hold a distinctive position at #14 in the 2022 U.S. News & World Report’s overall rankings of the Best Regional Colleges in the South.

And, once again, Barton College was named as one of 143 colleges listed in The Princeton Review’s 2022 list of “Best Southeastern” regional colleges. Princeton Review does not rank by number.
