Jeff Tilson

Assistant Dean of Campus Life and Residential Services

Jeff serves as the Assistant Dean for Campus Life and Residential Services. He is pursuing his doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He also holds a master's degree in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., and a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from York College of Pennsylvania. His office is located in the Hamlin Student Center, Lower Level.

Allison Hunter

Assistant Director of Campus Life for Student Programs and Diversity Education

Allison serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Life for Student Programs and Diversity Education. She is a candidate for the doctorate in Educational Leadership from Fayetteville State University. She also holds a master's degree in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education (SPAHE) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University. Her office is located in the Hamlin Student Center, Lower Level.

Karlee serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Life for Fraternity and Sorority Life and Student Involvement. She earned her Master of Education in Student Affairs from Clemson University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Presbyterian College. Debbie Larkin

Administrative Assistant for Campus Life

Debbie has served as the secretary for the Office of Student Engagement and Success since 2008 and focuses on Residence Life and Religious Life. She resides in Wilson and has four children and two grandchildren. Her oldest daughter graduated from Barton College in 2014, and her other daughter is currently attending Barton. Debbie’s favorite part of her job is the daily interaction with students.
