Interstate 95
Take exit 121 onto U.S. 264 East Alt. and continue straight 5.4 miles to Atlantic Christian College Drive, turn left and continue 0.3 mile to Nash Street, turn right and continue 0.1 mile to Rountree Street, turn left and continue 0.1 mile to the Barton College main entrance.

Raleigh-Durham / U.S. 264 E.
Visitors traveling through or from the Raleigh area will head East on U.S. 64/264. Exit onto U.S. 264 East just beyond Zebulon and take the first Wilson exit (36-B). Follow Wilson signs and after crossing I-95 continue straight 5.4 miles to Atlantic Christian College Drive, turn left and continue 0.3 mile to Nash Street, turn right and continue 0.1 mile to Rountree Street, turn left and continue 0.1 mile to the Barton College main entrance.

Greenville / U.S. 264 W. & N.C. 58 N.
Visitors traveling through or from Eastern N.C. will head Head North on NC 58 and take a right on Libscomb Road. Libscomb Road becomes Ward Blvd. At split, veer left and it becomes Raleigh Road. Take a left on Vance street and Barton College main entrance is on your left.

Goldsboro / I-795 N.
Visitors traveling through or from the Goldsboro area will head North on I-795. At the I-795/US-264 merge, continue west and exit at (36-B). Follow Wilson signs and after crossing I-95 continue straight 5.4 miles to Atlantic Christian College Drive, turn left and continue 0.3 mile to Nash Street, turn right and continue 0.1 mile to Rountree Street, turn left and continue 0.1 mile to the Barton College main entrance.
