Disciples Scholarships
Barton students who are members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) may be eligible for significant scholarships. Be sure to indicate on your admissions application your affiliation with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). If you have already applied and did not include this information, please contact the Office of Admissions at 252-629-5472 or email enroll@barton.edu.
Good News for DOC Students Seeking Financial Aid!
Seniors, now is the time to begin your financial aid process! While filling out your FASFA forms this spring, don’t forget to check out the many scholarship opportunities available at Barton College in Wilson, N.C. And, sophomores and juniors should remember that it’s never too early to begin researching your scholarship options, too!
Be sure to note that all full-time Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) students enrolling in the fall will receive an automatic $3,500 DOC Scholarship! Barton also offers a wide variety of scholarship opportunities, including merit-based scholarships rewarding academic performance and need-based scholarships as well as numerous endowed scholarships created specifically for DOC students.
The Higher Education and Leadership Ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) offers scholarships to members of the Christian Church attending Barton. Applications, which are due in March each year, are available through the Office of Financial Aid and the Chaplain’s Office.
