Staying Connected By The Ties That Bind

Dear Alumni and Friends of Barton College,

We anxiously await the day when it’s safe for us to invite all of our alumni and friends to be with us on campus for our beloved Homecoming Weekend traditions. However, in keeping with our commitment to providing a healthy and safe environment for our students, faculty, and staff, Barton has made the decision to postpone in-person Homecoming Weekend until fall 2021.

Until that time arrives when it’s safe once again to gather in numbers, we have developed a creative, alternative opportunity this fall to CONNECT with each of you.

Plan to join us on Friday, October 16 at 6:00 p.m., for BARTON TODAY, a 60-minute LIVE electronic session when we will bring the Best of Barton to you!

There will be news announcements, feature stories, testimonials, a campus tour, a bit of trivia, and more — to share with you and from you. (Yes, that means some of you will also be presenting!) The informal format will be engaging, fast-paced, and fun. And, it will remind you of why you love your alma mater so much!

More details will be available soon. Please stay tuned!

Stay healthy, Bulldogs!

Brandi Orbin
Director of Special Events, Volunteers, and Donor Relations

P.S.: Thank you for your patience and understanding this fall! We offer our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support, as we prioritize our mission to serve our students while preserving the health/safety of our campus community.
