“The Rocky Horror Show” Returns to Barton Stage for Encore Performances

WILSON, N.C. — If you missed it earlier this year, have no fear; “The Rocky Horror Show” is coming back to Barton College! This campy comedy musical is a tribute to the golden age of B-movies, and is packed with complex themes and raucous scenes. A smash hit when it debuted in April, the Theatre at Barton production returns for encore performances on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 2-3, in Kennedy Family Theatre. WILSON, N.C. — January 28, 2015 — Celebrate Valentine’s Day in gala fashion with the Barton College/Wilson Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, Feb. 14, at the twenty-fourth annual “Love the Symphony.” A much-anticipated annual event, this season’s “Love the Symphony” concert will feature vocalists Joel Gay and Sherry Lee Allen. The event will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by the concert at 7 p.m. in Wilson Gymnasium on the Barton campus.
