WILSON, N.C. – Step back in time as the Barton College Friends of Hackney Library host “War Bonds: The Songs and Letters of World War II” on Friday, May 1. Fitzhugh Brundage To Speak at Barton College’s BB&T Heritage Lecture in American History

Wilson, N.C. – Barton College is pleased to welcome renowned historian Fitzhugh Brundage as the featured speaker for the upcoming BB&T Heritage Lecture in American History scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 21. Dr. Brundage’s lecture will address the question “Is Southern History Still a Front in the Culture Wars?” The program will begin at 7 p.m. in Hardy Alumni Hall and is open to the public free of charge.
