The Barton College School of Allied Health and Sport Studies invites applications for a full-time, 10-month, tenure-track, faculty position with an anticipated start date of August 2017. Preference will be given to those who can teach in a variety of areas including Sport Management and Healthcare Administration.

Commitment to quality undergraduate teaching, college and professional service, and student advisement. Ability to teach a range of courses in sport management and healthcare administration including introductory and upper-level courses such as Sport Marketing, Sport Finance, Sport Governance, Sport Law, Facility and Event Management, Health Informatics, Medical Practice Management, Healthcare Policy, and Financial Management for Healthcare.
A terminal degree is required. ABD with all degree requirements including dissertation defense within 2 years of appointment will be considered. Candidates with 1-2 years of college level teaching experience are preferred. Relevant industry experience with significant industry contacts is a plus.
