4+1 Fast Track to Your Master's Degree!

Entering freshmen, you can earn your B.S. in Exercise Science and your M.S. in Kinesiology at the same time.

Five Years. Two Degrees.

Program Details

Admission Requirements

  • 3.00 GPA or higher
  • 2.75 Provisional GPA
    Students may enter the program under probationary status and would have the first semester to prove they can maintain a 3.0 in graduate school. Students with a 3.0 GPA are fully accepted into the program.

Program Prerequisites

The M.S. in Kinesiology prerequisite courses include Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Statistics, Exercise Testing and Prescription, Program Design and Implementation, and Anatomy and Physiology (minimum of four credits).

  • Advanced Exercise Physiology (3 hours)
  • Special Topics in Kinesiology (3 hours; online)
  • Advanced Methods in Strength Training OR Professional Methods in Exercise Physiology (3 hours)
  • Biomechanics (3 hours)
  • Graduate Practicum I (4 hours; hybrid)
  • Advanced Conditioning Methods OR Programming in Fitness and Wellness (3 hours)
  • Advanced Concepts in Corrective Exercise (3 hours; hybrid)
  • Graduate Practicum II (4 hours; hybrid)
  • Research Capstone (3 hours; hybrid)


Tuition for applicants who hold a baccalaureate degree is $600 per graduate semester credit hour. This includes cost of books and certifications.
