After completing the required 120 hours for your degree in Business Administration, you will complete this course of study for the MBA in Strategic Leadership. You will graduate in year five with both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership.

During MBA Semesters 1 through 4, you will attend two eight-week sessions of evening classes. The MBA Program in Strategic Leadership at Barton College was intentionally designed on the cohort model, in which all students progress through the same sequence of courses together as a group. The cohort model cultivates a collaborative learning environment and built-in support system, in which students build impactful, lasting, and supportive relationships with their colleagues and leverage their individual strengths to contribute to the whole.
