MBA Admission Requirements
Entrance Guidelines for the MBA Program
Entering as a Freshman
- Recommended 3.00 GPA upon declaration into the program during the second semester of sophomore year
- Recommended 3.00 GPA, resume, cover letter, three academic references (recommended), and an interview to determine final acceptance into the program during the second semester of junior year
Transfer or Change of Major to Business
- A 3.00 GPA, resume, cover letter, three academic/professional references (recommended), and an interview to determine final acceptance into the program during the second semester of junior year
Degree-Holding Applicants (BS or BA)
- Recommended 3.00 GPA, resume, cover letter, and an interview to determine final acceptance into the program
In each of the above cases, a resume and cover letter are required and must be submitted by August 1. Send documents to:

Continuous Enrollment in the MBA Program
- 3.00 Cumulative GPA (A one-semester probationary period may be granted for students who fall below this guideline)
- A grade of C or better in all graduate-level courses
- The second grade of C or any D or F will result in removal from the program
