WILSON, N.C. — June 28, 2019 — Two hundred and forty-six Barton College undergraduate seniors and graduate students received diplomas on Saturday, May 11, during the school’s 117th annual commencement exercises. Participating in the ceremony were Barton students who completed their baccalaureate degree requirements in December 2018 and May 2019, and baccalaureate candidates who expect to fulfill requirements over the summer. Barton College Inducted Eight Students Into Alpha Chi Honor Society

WILSON, N.C. — June 7, 2019 — Barton College’s North Carolina Gamma Chapter of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society recently welcomed eight new members into the fold during the spring 2019 induction ceremony. Students with a grade point average of 3.5 or better in the top 10 percent of the junior and senior classes are eligible for induction. The minimum grade point average for this induction class was 3.65.
