Barton is seeking a Director of Special Events and Donor Relations. Under the direction of the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director creates, implements, manages, and assesses a comprehensive special-events and donor-relations plan to assist the College and the Advancement team in reaching strategic annual and long-range fundraising goals. The scope of work includes campus-wide special events under the Office of Advancement and the Office of the President, donor relations, and stewardship. Her personal interests are as varied as the activities within her professional role at Barton College. Groundskeepers

Barton College is currently seeking candidates to fill two Groundskeeper positions. Responsibilities include maintaining campus grounds as assigned and keeping all walkways, roadways, parking lots, and landscapes neat, clean and presentable and free of trash, fallen leaves, snow, and ice. The incumbents will operate hand and power tools and light, mechanized equipment such as power mowers, tractor mowers, trenching devices, forklifts, and hoists. Assigned work such as mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, leaf removal, de-icing, etc. may fluctuate by season.
