WILSON, N.C. — January 15, 2018 — Calling all tennis and Bob Dylan fans! On Tuesday, Feb. 6, Hackney Library and the Friends of Hackney Library will welcome coach, author, alumnus, and Dylan fan Tom Parham to present “Hartsock, Dylan, and 50 Years.” Parham’s conversational style, coupled with his charismatic personality, will frame his recollections of life as both student and coach at Atlantic Christian (now Barton College) and his passion for Bob Dylan and his music. Barton’s Maureen O’Neill to Exhibit “Interior Veils” at Historic Blount-Bridgers House in Tarboro

WILSON, N.C. — January 26, 2018 — “Interior Veils,” an exhibition featuring the latest works in pastels by artist Maureen O’Neill will be on view in the Hobson Pittman Memorial Gallery at Tarboro’s historic Blount-Bridgers House from February 1 until March 16.
