When does the shuttle service operate?
• The shuttle schedule lists the dates when the shuttle is available.
• Students and families are encouraged to check the dates and times of the Shuttle Service before making travel arrangements.

How much does the shuttle service cost?
There is a $10 fee to ride each direction. You must register to ride one week prior to the shuttle service or the fee is $20. If you sign up to ride the shuttle and do not show up, there is a $40 no-show fee. Shuttles will be cancelled if no one registers for the service.
What if I need a ride at a time the shuttle is not offered?
If the shuttle service is not helpful for your particular travel plans, we suggest students ask their RA or Area Director for help. The residence life staff may be able to connect students with other students who will be going to the airport for the school break. Asking a friend for a ride is the most common form of transportation for students.
Also, local taxi and airport shuttle services are available, at your own expense. Students can pick up information sheets for these businesses in the Student Center. The approximate cost for commercial shuttles is $115 one-way.
How do I sign up for the shuttle service?
Students can fill out a shuttle sign-up form in the Student Activities office in the Hamlin Student Center. Drop off your completed form and shuttle fee there, and you're done! It's that easy!
Mandatory registration is one week prior to shuttle departure dates. Shuttles without registered riders will be cancelled.
Space is limited, and seats are first come, first serve.
