Counseling Services
The Counseling Center is located in the Lee Student Health Center. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Counseling services are confidential and free to all students. For after hours emergencies, call the Wilson Police Department/Barton College District at 252-399-6911 or the Residence Life on-call staff person at 252-289-7993.
Counseling services are offered by the Campus Counselor to assist students in their development and adjustment within the college community from the time of admission through graduation. Common issues addressed in counseling include depression, stress management, relationship issues, and grief. Students may also be referred to resources in the community.
