Honor Roll of Donors
The Honor Roll of Donors recognizes the generosity of our many faithful alumni and friends. Some donors prefer to remain anonymous while others wish to be recognized. We will always honor your wishes.
Lifetime Giving Societies
Barton College is enormously indebted to those individuals, foundations and corporations who have and continue to demonstrate extraordinary commitment to the College through their philanthropic support. In 2006, the Torchbearer Society was created to recognize those alumni and friends who are the foundation of our institution. In 2010, the Board of Trustees unveiled new Lifetime Giving societies (Founders’ Society and Golden Knot Society) to recognize those donors who have given more than $500,000 during their relationship with Barton College. Members of these esteemed societies exemplify abiding belief and trust in the mission of the institution.
Heritage Society
The Heritage Society, established by the Barton College Board of Trustees, honors individuals who have made planned gifts to the College. All alumni and friends who have documented planned gifts with Barton are members of this prestigious society.
Barton Society
Created in 2004, the Barton Society was established to celebrate and embrace those individuals who believe so strongly in the College that they are willing to make a contribution of $1,000 or more within a fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
1902 Club
The 1902 Club was established in 2007 to recognize alumni who are first time contributors to the College.
