"I don't have any children of my own, and I have always loved them. I had someone who helped me get on the right path when I was younger. I want to give this property to Barton College so I can be sure that some child will get an education when I am gone. I want to leave a legacy. I don't think there is anything better that I can do with this property and I want to make sure that it is taken care of."
