Work Study

To help defray your college expenses, we offer various part-time jobs on campus, such as in the library, dining hall, and departmental offices, as part of the federally sponsored College Work Study Program. If you are interested in working on campus, positions are posted outside of the Financial Aid office on the first floor of Harper Hall. In order to apply for a postition, you will need to contact the department offering the position. To qualify for federal work study, you will need to complete the FAFSA form at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Once you have obtained a work study position, you will need to print and complete the I-9 form and submit it, along with a copy of your driver's license and social security card.

Federal Work Study

If you are receiving federal work study, you will need to complete and submit the Federal Work Study Permit along with your I-9 and copies of your driver's license and social security card to the Financial Aid office.

Federal Work Study and Community Service

If you are receiving federal work study and working through a community service agency, you will need to acquire approval from the Financial Aid office prior to obtaining the position. Once the agency has been approved and you have obtained the position, you will need to submit the Community Service Work Study Agreement along with your I-9 and copies of your driver's license and social security card to the Financial Aid office.

Regular Work Study

If you are not receiving federal work study but would like a work study position, you will need to acquire approval from the Financial Aid office prior to obtaining the position. Once you have received approval and obtained the position, you will need to submit the Regular Work Study Permit along with your I-9 and copies of your driver's license and social security card to the Financial Aid office.
