Rich Fulling came to Barton College (then Atlantic Christian College) in 1987 from Louisiana State University, where he was Government Documents and Business Librarian. He began his career at Barton College as a Document and Public Services Librarian and currently serves as the Collections and Access Services Librarian. Fulling has served on the State Documents Advisory Board and on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Library Association as chair of the Documents Section. He holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
