Waters Hall has six floors offering a community-style living space with centrally located bathrooms. Open to all students, it is a co-educational facility, with men and women living on different floors. The versatile rooms include two beds, desk, and wardrobes for students to freely move around the room. Students also have the option of a private room. High-speed Ethernet internet access and cable television access is available in all rooms. The building features laundry facilities, a centrally located lobby, and air conditioning throughout the residence hall. Wilson Police Department / Barton College District Office is located on the first floor.
