Strength and Conditioning

Athletic training students that have an additional interest in fitness or strength and conditioning may also take the following classes to help prepare them for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) examination:

  • SPS 212 Training Concepts
  • SPS 213 Training Concepts Lab
  • SPS 312 Program Design and Implementation
  • SPS 313 Program Design and Implementation Lab
