Welcome to the Barton College Office of the Registrar. The Office of the Registrar is the central records office which plans and executes the registration of students. This office also evaluates new students' transcripts, certifies degree requirements of eligible students, issues grades, official transcripts and diplomas, supervises the production of the official college catalog, and maintains a computerized student database.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Harper Hall. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. Feel free to contact us during these hours and please leave a message if voice mail picks up. We will be happy to return your call as soon as possible.
