When does the shuttle service run?
• Pick-up service the day before classes begin each semester
• Drop-off service on the last day of classes each semester
• Pick-up and drop-off service for each academic break

What time does the shuttle service operate?
• Once-per day service.
• It is not a personal taxi service.
• Students and families are encouraged to check the dates and times of the Shuttle Service before making travel arrangements

How much does the shuttle service cost?
There is a $5 fee to ride each direction. You must register to ride one week prior to the shuttle service or the fee is $10. If you sign up to ride the shuttle and don’t show up, there is a $25 no-show fee. Shuttles will be cancelled if no one registers for the service.

What if I need a ride at a time the shuttle is not offered?
If the Shuttle Service is not helpful for your particular travel plans, we suggest students ask their RA or Area Director for help. Often the residence life staff knows where students live and who is going to the airport at break time. Asking a friend for a ride is the most common form of transportation for students.

Also, local taxi and airport shuttle services are available, at your own expense. Students can pick up information sheets for these businesses in the Student Center. (Approximate cost is $115 one-way.)

How do I sign up for the shuttle service?
Students can sign up for the Shuttle Services in Student Activities office located in the Hamlin Student Center. Shuttle Service sign-up forms are located in the magazine rack outside the office. Drop off your completed form and $5 to anyone in the office and you’re done! It is that easy!

Mandatory registration is 1 week prior to shuttle departure dates. Shuttles without registered riders will be cancelled.
