Assistant Professor of Social Work

Barton College School of Social Work invites applications for a nine-month, tenure track academic appointment at the assistant professor rank. This position includes teaching across the undergraduate social work curriculum in traditional and accelerated professional programs; academic advising; service on college committees; community engagement; and scholarship. Familiarity with the 2008 EPAS standards is highly desirable.
Qualifications include an MSW from an accredited program and two years post-masters practice experience. A Ph.D. in social work or a closely related field is preferable. Candidates who are ABD will be considered.
